Job Description:
The Lead Designer (FTC) will be responsible for overseeing the design team, developing innovative ideas for brand awareness, product, and service development. The role involves supervising design projects, collaborating with marketing teams, maintaining brand consistency, generating design concepts, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. Additionally, the Lead Designer will explore design trends, establish networking connections, manage team activities, and foster a culture of creativity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency in corporate design
- Extensive experience leading digital design teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in design processes and software, along with prior management experience
- Analytical mindset, knowledge of design trends, and best practices
- Interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual
Location and Hours:
- Remote position with occasional travel to Kettering or Central London offices once a week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Salary:
- £31,200 per annum
