Looking to make an anime

I am seeking an animator with a specific skill set in anime, for my personal project. At this point, I’m in the planning and researching process for this single job, with potential for follow up work. The project should take a day or two to complete. I’m looking for someone at the beginner to junior experience level and the work will be done remotely, there is no need for a physical presence. As for the project itself, I’m planning to create an anime, and therefore need someone who can distinctly capture its essence. I am Ben, an anime enthusiast venturing into creating my own. While considering offers, I am anticipating a reasonable budget that adheres to the experience level mentioned.
