Job Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer lead to join our team. As a Lead UI/UX Designer consultant for our client, you will be:

• Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals
• Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders
• Developing user models and scenarios
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows
• Creating and iterating on prototypes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field
• Two or more years working as a user experience specialist
• Additional years of experience may substitute for a non-design-related degree
• Experience with user research, user modeling, and usability testing
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
• Experience in requirements traceability, establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control
• Experience working on application integration or data integration initiatives
