Job Description
Jolt Action seeks an Illustrator fellow to support the creation of graphics and images for social sharing and other collateral. The Illustrator will work with the Digital Content Specialist, report to the Communications Director, and contribute to various Communications projects for the state’s largest Latino civic engagement organization.
Requirements
- Able to create visual pieces in a Digital format
- Experience with Canva, Procreate, or Adobe Creative Cloud (PhotoShop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with Google Drive
- Experience in advocacy organizations or political campaigns is a plus
- Experience or interest in working with underrepresented and diverse communities
Other Information
This Artist in Residence fellow is a remote/work from home position within Texas, with preference given to candidates in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio. The position is a contract role paying $400 per week for up to 20 hours per week, lasting a maximum of 40 weeks. Jolt Initiative 501©3 and Jolt Action 501©4 are equal opportunity employers.
