Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both client and server-side development, with a passion for building scalable, high-quality web applications and services. This is initially a 3-month contract that could be extended based on performance and client budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement server-side logic using frameworks such as Django and Node.js.
• Design and develop Single Page Applications (SPA), RESTful Web Services, and Microservices.
• Manage and operate Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) on AWS.
• Work with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and demonstrate proficiency in SQL scripting.
• Utilize version control systems effectively, including Git, GitLab, and GitHub.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the use of Agile methodologies.
• Uphold industry standards and best coding practices to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in client-side JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React/Redux).
• 3-5 years of experience in server-side frameworks (Django, NodeJS).
• Mastery in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• 3-5 years of experience in SPA, REST Web services, and Microservices development.
• 3-5 years of experience with relational databases – PostgreSQL and proficiency in SQL scripting.
• 3-5 years of experience with version control workflows and technologies (Git, GitLab/GitHub).
• 3-5 years of experience with AWS cloud and analytics services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• A strong passion for implementing industry standards and best coding practices.
