Caleb (they/them) is a Seattle-based composer, arranger, and music collaborator. Since 2022 they have acted as music supervisor, editor, and additional music writer for nearly a dozen feature films for Reel One Entertainment, a Lifetime films production company. Caleb also served as a composer and soundscape designer for Novel Effect, a Seattle start-up, writing soundscapes for several books for the read-along app. Caleb’s arrangements have been performed nationally by a large variety of ensembles including the Colorado and Baltimore symphonies, Brass Animals of New Orleans, and the President’s Own Army Band Wind Quintet. As a music collaborator, they have worked as a transcriber, orchestrator, and copyist for several prestigious ensembles, such as the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles, as well as internationally-renowned artists and composers such as Steve Hackman and Mark Kilian. Caleb is also a seasoned brass musician, currently performing with several ensembles throughout the Seattle area including the Seattle Kraken Red Alert, OL Reign’s Riot, and the Rainbow City Concert Band. They are also the founder and lead arranger for Cinematic Brass, a virtual brass ensemble whose performances have been featured in music libraries, commercials, and trailers.

Music for A New World Age: My music is dedicated to healing of the heart through the discovery of music...in an evolving world seeking Peace and Joy! Palmer's Music For A New World Age (Changing Our World One Song At A Time) is an evolution of work that is categorically New Age music, but it is fresh and new, beautifully written and beautifully produced. The melodies and moods fairly glisten from beginning to end. Phrase by phrase, not be note, Palmer's Music is a spherical reflection illuminating conflict within the human psyche which struggles to find a state of peace. As a whole, His CD's are a poignant reminder each lifetime is a miracle and a diving journey. Recorded and produced at Acoustic Chamber Studio and The Tank Studio, a state-of-art, 24 track recording facilities in the Kent/Seattle area, Lifetimes The Millennium Suite, Palmer's first album won a regional award from Disc Makers. Staying in the Fire, the second cut from Lifetimes was voted in the top 10% of several hundred regional submissions. Palmer is a native of the Pacific Northwest. He is a graduate of University of Puget Sound and received a Masters degree in music from Pacific Lutheran University. Palmer's Principal instrument is trumpet, jazz and classical... and began playing piano close to the onset of his formal education. Classical training gave him a deeper appreciation for all musical form. He has been a teacher of music education for 25 years which has encompassed a broad spectrum of administrative duties and directorships. He has an extensive performance background playing engagements in the greater Puget Sound and Seattle metro area. Palmer is currently devoting his talents to writing music for multimedia. His current projects include, “Escape Into America,” short videos combining still photographs, cartoons, narration and music. This is a project created by David Horsey, a two-time Pulitzer Prize winning political cartoonist, and photographer, Nancy Levine, and MSNBC.com. In addition, he has created music for a project for the Commerce Department of the State of Washington, called "Extraordinary Explorers of the World" which as been released on U tube.
