Who am I you may ask? I am Temba Cudjoe, also known as DJ Sly, well-known in Trinidad & Tobago and throughout the Caribbean.
Started off in the music industry of my home country late 2009 I have been developing both in talent and reputation ever since. I strive to familiarize myself with as many genres of music as possible. Music doesn’t scare me, and I am not close minded with respect to musical tastes either. Since I am from Trinidad my favourite genres are Soca (Google if you don’t know it, it amazing and energetic) and Dance Hall (A type of music forged out of Jamaican Reggae music.). I consider my skill set and talent unique to me; I have various styles and variations, that’s how I play music. My idol DJ’s are Redymix DMT (Trinidad & Tobago), Xigon International (Trinidad & Tobago), DJ Puffy (Barbados), Private Ryan (Trinidad & Tobago), DJ Jazzy Jeff & Major Lazer. Favorite artists are Kerwin Du Bois, Bunji Garlin, Destra, Konshens, Chronixx, Sean Paul, Mariah Carey, Bruno Mars, Drake, Eminem and Pitbull just to name a few.…Who am I you may ask?
