We are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to help design the frontend experience for a national SaaS platform focused on aging and care solutions. Our backend automations (currently running on GHL and custom tools) are fully developed, but we need a designer to map user workflows, create seamless user journeys, and build plug-and-play Figma prototypes that align with our modern branding. The project involves workflow mapping for various user types (families, advisors, affiliates, facility partners), designing wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and providing ready-to-implement design documentation for developers. You should have experience in SaaS, CRM, or marketplace platforms, with strong Figma and user journey mapping skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with backend developers.

When crafting UI/UX for Gravatas, we’re looking for:

A strong focus on clarity and user flow, every screen should lead users effortlessly to their next move. We want a look and feel like Tesla and Apple.

Who are you, and what do you do?
Gravatas is the workflow and software engine that powers Embrace Age Prepared 1099 advisors. We’ve built out a strong set of backend automations (currently running on GHL and custom tools), but now we need the frontend user experience and flow designed so it matches.
What We Do
Gravatas connects families, advisors, affiliates, and facility partners in one streamlined system.
Families → guided through care options. Advisors → manage leads and clients. Affiliates → track referrals and commissions. Facility Partners (IL, AL, MC, RCF, CCRC, AFH) complete profiles, receive referrals, and sign service agreements. The backend logic is already built. What we need is a designer to create the look, feel, and flow: clean, modern, and intuitive (think Apple/Tesla aesthetic).
