But why they actually made the error is always up for debate. Blame whoever you like (or don't like) but the error remains. It is tragically tedious work devoid of intrigue. There is really nothing to it. My existence is akin to a character conjured by Nikolai Gogol without the romantic backdrop of a Russian winter. So, I travel. I have been all over the world. People would ask me “What are you doing here?” Whether in the Gobi desert, the French Riviera, the Amazon, as soon as I told them I was on vacation, the locals were not impressed. They did not want to hear about my spreadsheets balanced to perfection and how I discovered how six cents was misappropriated through a transposition and overspent a multimillion dollar fund by a penny. No. That was not enough. They wanted more. My elaborations soon became wild tales. I told them I worked for a diamond smuggler and since missing the drop, bad people would be looking for me, hence the reason I would not share my name, lest they repeat it, to later find themselves tortured for information. No, I could not do that to my fast friends in remote territories. Since everything interesting about me was practically an unverifiable lie, naturally, I had to start writing everything down to keep track of who I told what. So when writing, I draw from a kaleidoscope of experiences which includes growing up at the horse race tracks, building an art gallery, creating a film festival, and professional french-fry taste testing (no kidding - I was paid to do that). I also spent time acting on stage and screen, have thirty credits to my name, and won an award for a short film in Cannes. I have written a novel, have another in progress , penned 7 feature length screenplays, 2 TV shows (one currently in development), lots of poetry, and hundreds of essays, so unique characters with rich dialogue in impossible situations, I love.…Have pen, will edit. So when writing, I draw from a kaleidoscope of experiences which includes growing up at the horse race tracks, building an art gallery, creating a film festival, and professional french-fry taste testing (no kidding - I was paid to do that). I also spent time acting on stage and screen, have thirty credits to my name, and won an award for a short film in Cannes. I have written a novel, have another in progress , penned 7 feature length screenplays, 2 TV shows (one currently in development), lots of poetry, and hundreds of essays, so unique characters with rich dialogue in impossible situations, I love.

I am Pablo Trujillo Novoa, graduated in Audiovisual Production with a mention in film and photography direction at the Faculty of Media Art of the Higher Institute of Art of Havana, script writing at the San Antonio International Film and Television School of Los Baños EICTV and a grant from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Crossmedia and Transmedia Creation course at the Catholic University of Chile.
