I Engineered multiple song recording projects which consisted of drum, guitar, bass and vocal recording. Live Sound – I performed, controlled and set up a live performance via a multiroom set up, which was streamed live to YouTube. Music Composition – Along side my large catalogue of musical compositions, I have composed for a car advert and a film scene all a part of one of my assignments.…

Music Technology Level 3 90 Credit Diploma at Doncaster College
September 1, 2017 - June 21, 2018
For Music Production and Technology, I had to learn a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) Logic Pro 9/X. In this I learnt the workings of a synthesizer and how to take control of an analogue desk. Basic mixing and composing techniques were also learnt in this year.

In this extended diploma, I learnt further techniques on the desk as well as recording and mixing live bands. I also gained more knowledge in the production of synthesized music.
Music Production and Technology BA Hons (1st Year) at University of Hull

This year of Music Production and Technology at university level was a follow on from my Level 3 diploma in the same subject. In this year we worked more on other DAWs such as Ableton Live and Pro Tools. We worked more on different genres of music, basing some of my work on sampling. This year we programmed and created our own synthesizers, designed my own reverb and created basic sampler plug-ins using MAX MSP.

Some modules covered were: • Sound for media – These assignments revolved around how audio was put to screen. I was given a scene from Game of Thrones, with no music and sound effects and I was tasked to recreate the composition and foley work. • Experimental Performance – This module improved our knowledge and skill about performing live, although due to covid restrictions, we were forced to perform live through a stream to YouTube. This assignment was all based around research into artists who utilised different experimental methods to create music. • Live Sound – This was an introduction into the liven sound aspect of music which included working front of house mixing desks.

Some modules covered were: • Creative Portfolio – This assignment allowed me to showcase my skills as a music producer. I created a 30 minute portfolio of Hip-Hop music. • Collaborative Project – I was tasked with working alongside with someone who isn't in the field of music, I worked well with a radio presenter to create a documentary on Doncaster Rovers Football Club. • Independent Research – This assignment required me to write an 8k word dissertation which I chose to write about the affects that UK Drill music has had on younger listeners in the suburban areas of London.
