This promo was shot for Jacco Bakker Meubelmakers, a tailor made furniture shop in Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands.

The intent of this movie is to showcase the craft of turning wood into custom made furniture and the pride of the carpenter working on it. It was used as a promo for a consumer tradeshow (“Woonbeurs”).

Shot on an FS5 in 200 frames per second and then speed ramped in post. In order to make their logo stand out, it was decided to grade the footage in black & white.
