    This song was written at a particularly strange point in my life. I had begun accepting that my biggest obstacle was myself, but hadn’t felt strong enough to face it. The most prominent of my struggles being that I had trouble voicing my thoughts and opinions aloud when conflict would arise, which was a characteristic I inherited from my mother.
