Later I moved away from classical music towards Jazz, Folk and Funk. After African and Indian music had a great influence on me I eventually realised that I liked elements of all of these styles and that they could also be combined. I have recorded violin and piano/keyboard in studios as a session musician and currently conduct orchestras, educate and record music in my own studio for various projects.…

    ‘Filmic Moments for Orchestra’ is a set of 12 pieces written for orchestra which aim to create an emotional connection with the listener by conveying a narrative. This recording was performed and mixed within my studio for the purposes of demonstration and has been played by a live orchestra since. Tungsten Theme - Tungsten is the strongest metal on Earth and can be used to light up a room if used in bulbs, to take life in the form of bullets or produce beautiful vibrations when wound around cello strings. Tungsten literally means "heavy stone" in Swedish. The overall feel of ‘Tungsten Theme’ is positivity and strength with a dash of superhero and adventure. There are hints of a military march or brass fanfare at times, but there are also sections which show softer elements.…
