I've been working as a staff videographer in a small production company for nearly 18 months. In my time there I started as the lead camera operator and as our small team grew I took on more leadership responsibilities, leading small camera crews, directing shoots, and managing travel of crew of kit across the world (I've carried out shoots across Europe, the US, and Japan). I'm someone who likes to be involved and engaged with all parts of the creative process but despite my growth in other avenues, I still care deeply about my craft.
