I am an ASCAP-cardholding published songwriter with a catalog of 500+ songs, all originals, in many genres. I can write songs in any genre, but my strengths are folk, country, rock, pop, and Broadway styles, as well as songs for children. I also am adult enough to admit my weaknesses. While I have melodies in mind for almost all of my songs, I cannot write music, in sheet-music form, or play an instrument. And while I can carry a tune, I would much rather have someone with a nice voice and vocal control sing my songs (and so would everyone I have tried to sing them to). I am looking to have my songs performed by a singer or band who can bring them to life.
