I work as an artist, creative technologist and consultant, dividing my time between the worlds of tech and media startups, R&D and creative production. Broadly I’m interested in issues around presence and identity in a technological landscape. As these issues have become ubiquitous, my interests have grown to include some of the technical and user-experience developments of the rapidly evolving visual media environment.
As well as working in photography and video, I’m a self-taught programmer, 3D artist and sculptor and have spent several years experimenting with photogrammetry and video game technology. This has included work for the R&D departments of tech corporations, as well as experimental marketing projects for major brands. At present I work on personal projects, commissions and research, whilst providing consultancy to new media companies focused on e sports, streaming, AI or VR/AR.
