Hey ! I’m Jacob, Easy to work with 😃Digital Illustrator based at Dubai. Lets get acquainted.. I prefer a short intro, but I believe the client loves to know all there is about the abilities of the supplier,, so Ive tried to not keep it short 😅 I started as a professional illustrator back in 2000. I love creating Emotive and Engaging characters and exploring n developing story ideas with readable sketches. I have a special passion for facial expressions and poses for both realistic characters and stylised/animated cartoon characters. As you can infer I am at a senior level in my career but I prefer to think of myself as a curious and flexible fresher, because I quickly get influenced by new ideas, art styles and people ! WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT I think one of the things that makes me different from other artists is the speed and punctuality that I like to bring to each job. Keeping time and quality is very important to me. I started as a newspaper Cartoonist while in my final year in college(with THE HINDU India’s National newspaper). Later I had the good fortune to meet up with a Disney animator trained at Sheridan College Canada. Under this master’s training, I was guided to a career as a traditional 2d animator. Later I migrated to 3D animation , and worked as a key animator on Maya. All through my career i was fascinated by the art of inducing convincing Acting and readable engaging Action for Interesting characters , both drawn and 3D . This has been my one true love. Along the way I had the chance to work on plan In-house films as Storyboard Artist. These were moments of pure heaven for me ! It came as a grand shock to me when I found out that there were people (illustrators) around the world who were making a living doing just ‘storyboards’. To me this was like telling a kid that he will be paid for eating different flavors of ice creams
And candies everyday !
So I quit my job and went freelance , never regretted it. ** I have done storyboards for Nike, coke, GM, McDonald’s, intel, Apple computers, Amazon, flip cart, Spotify, etc besides feature films - Misfits(renny harlin/live action) , bilal the black master(3d) ** 
( started my company STORYLINE FZE in Dubai in 2007] 
2007-PRESENT Traveled to UNITED STATES ,Saudi and UAE 2006- 2007 **key animator ** jadooworks Inc.
_2004-2005 **2D animation trainer,** Globekids digital Bangladesh
 WORLD BANK funded project for SEDF.
 Aug 2003 - Jan 2004 **adventure traveller ** self funded sketching trip across the country.
