Toys in the Well is a drone-pop band formed in 2009 by Joel and Sofia Gabrielsson from Sweden, and Jachin Pousson from the USA. Essentially it is a collaborative effort to compose music by composer Jachin Pousson (JachinPousson.com) and Musician/Producer Joel Gabrielsson in which they research current musical interests. Their most recent EP Now, Ok released in 2014 can be described as primarily an electro-acoustic work with strands of post-rock, electronica and classical music sensibilities. "Múm, Sigur Ros, and Efterklang are the influences cited by Toys in the Well for Now, OK, and the detail's as handy a starting point as any for considering the merits of the twenty-three-minute EP.
