It’s with a particularly great feeling that i will present the next release on Makira Deep,
a magnificent EP from our great friend & member of Makira Deep Team Us producer PhuturePhil, that brings us a complete 5 tracks EP compiling three different versions of Whispering Cities as well as two remixes, first from portuguese label manager Wilson Costa, and another one from young Us remixer Jallen.
The first version is a chill out and relaxing tune, letting you feel and touching exactly the purest and lightest of the track, emerging the listener in a good mood for the rest of the day. Touching heart and souls, this version brings the serenity to our mind.A whisper that helps to calm down after a hard day.
The original & Extended Mix are both designed for the club, mixing smooth bass with aerial keys and chords, it offers a really good vision of the actual progressive music, with deep influences as well as some uplifting technics, all that orchestrated in a perfect combination of melodies.
Opening on a small pads & keys introduction, Wilson Costa’s remix misled surely the listener.
In fact, when track is running, we can discover an unexpected track mixing balearic rythmics, to progressive arrangements, in a mixture between house and techno progressive structure. For sure a journey to a totally reworked version of the track that briefly but happilly reminds the original melodies on his break.
Our last, but not least contribution comes from the young and already very talented Jallen that offers a very beautiful and classy deep progressive version of the track. Blending with intelligence trendies saxophones, pianos and organs to warm pads and smooth rythmics, envelopped over an effective bass, this remix taking back brilliantly all main melodies of “Whispering Cities” and bringing an amount of very good ideas invites the listener to dive into a definitely new innovative vision of the track.
