I'm an illustrator and comic artist from Florida. I've created dozens of personal illustrations of clients’ characters and loved ones, but I have also illustrated some comics for writers. I illustrated the first issue of “Pistol Shrimp Pump” for writer Sidney Norris, as well as a guide to making comics for Girl Scouts. I’ve created and sold several personal projects, including my completed science fiction series “The Last Cowboy” as well as some shorter oneshots. I've also done some work in the games industry. I was the art lead for a project called “Cryptfall”, where I directed the style of the game and made several of its assets. In my art, I try to mix grounded and realistic settings with stylized and appealing characters, sometimes with a bit of edge to them. I draw a lot of inspiration from anime and manga. I often use vibrant colors and posing and compositions with a lot of movement. I'm a reliable artist who works well in a team. I can refer you to reviews and testimonials of my work upon request. Experience: “Cryptfall” Mobile Game – Art Lead August 2018- May 2019 • Directed the style of a mobile game for a student project. • Designed and painted concept art for characters, props and backgrounds that communicated the game’s mood and tone. • Modeled and textured 3D props, environment art and characters. • Collaborated with a team, giving and receiving constructive feedback to produce and present a polished final project to an audience. “The Last Cowboy” Comic – Writer/Illustrator July 2012- June 2020 • Wrote and edited a script for an independent science fiction comic. • Illustrated over 400 pages of full-color comic artwork. • Designed several unique characters, environments and props. “Defunctland VR” VR Experience – 3D Modeler, Texture Artist 2020-Present • Collaborated with a team of modelers and animators to recreate classic theme park attractions in virtual reality. • Used knowledge of design and color theory to created high-quality textures for props and environments. • Optimized photorealistic assets for use in Unreal Engine.
