    uniE621 Entrust Credential Builder
Worked with Entrust Corporation to create a portal that allowed government officials to learn about the security features their printers were capable of by allowing them to add different security features and see them represented on their Passports, Driving Licenses or National IDs. It gave the sales team the ability to demonstrate the high tech features through animations and live interactions without having to send physical passports or be in person with the products. They could then share the ID document they designed with collegues or Entrust sales employees. *Challenge* COVID was in full swing and Entrust's sales staff was unable to go onsite to customers and show them the really cool security features their printers were capable of delivering on Passports and National IDs. *Solution* We create a portal where the sales team could invite customers to learn about the different security features and then build their own credentials with animations and detailed deliverables. This provided a ton of educational materials as well as showing off the exclusive security technologies that Entrust could provide unlike any of their competitors. *Process* Stakeholder research: We started by conducting interviews with many sales and executives at Entrust to understand what challeges they were facing and determine what needed to be communicated with customers through a digital platform. Inventory: We took inventory of all the security features that need to be displayed and what made them special, what their limitations were and how to include education about their added benefits. Wireframes: To make sure our understanding of the products and features that aligned we created low fidelity wireframes that included text and positioning of all the detailed security features so copy writers and stakeholders could ensure nothing was missed and that high quality photography and video assets could be taken correctly of each individual security feature in the studios. Prototyping: Then built out high fidelity clickable prototypes in Figma to verify that all security features were correct and we could do usability research to make sure our interfaces were intuitive and buildable by our development teams. Usability Studies: We conducted over two dozen usability studies in multiple versions of the interface with Entrust employees and support team members to find out where the gaps in usability existed and how we could improve the layout and features. Development deliverables: Built out spreadsheets of features, images and copywriting for easy hand off to development teams for execution. *Video Demo* View a video demonstration of the Entrust Credential Builder

Phillips wanted to celebrate the "home grown corn vodka" while introducing the product as a high end alternative to all the potato vodka's saturating the market. *Solution* We designed a visually stunning label, press kit and website for Prairie Organic Vodka with high-quality visuals, elegant typography, and a sophisticated color palette to balance modernity and timelessness. Our development team created a user-friendly, responsive site with beautiful photography. And a press kit included hand carved wooden boxes where the bottle was safely nestled in real Minnesota grown corn.
