When The Clear Cut reached out, they had just been featured in the Forbes 30-under-30 list and increased the number of requests on a scale that required automation and software to provide a service of a quality as high as their rings.
Working directly with their team for a year, we were able to:
- understand and map their processes,
- create an efficient storage system for the diamonds,
- create a way to improve communications with their security provider,
- and set steps for the production of rings with QR Codes that increased quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with TCC's team to understand needs and map processes.
- UX/UI design for flows and interfaces.
- Organizing and documenting those processes into a backlog of features to be developed by the dev team.
- Testing and quality control of each software piece before publishing.
Results:
Reaching US$1MM per month in revenue
- In Q3 of 2020, TCC reached more than all of 2018 combined.
