I'm a freelancer who specializes in film and video editing, as well as cinematography, camera operating. I am a dedicated worked who is extremely passionate about film, television and media. I've completed my degree in film and television at the Durban University of Technology and my Honors. I'm really intrigued by cinematography and I've been blessed to be apart of projects as the senior editor. I'm currently working on the local film called The Cane Cutter, directed by award winning director Eubulus Timothy. I will always take the project that I'm working on as my own. I go over and beyond to make produce the best i can, I can take criticism and feedback and apply it to my work. I work well with a team or by myself. I've interned at Capturevate, as a camera operator, editor and runner. I've worked on photoshoots and video shoots, music video shoots for J Sbu. I've been a runner on a fitness medical cream ad, a cycling ad that promoted the sportswear. I've had the privilege of worked at the Durban University of Technology in the multimedia department. This grew my skills in live broadcasting camera operating, setting a hybrid system and understanding what goes where and why. I've worked with the Confucius department at DUT which is partners from China. I've worked at Invenclick media as an editor. I've had the honor of being the senior editor for the show that's airing on the Home Channel. I've also been the colourist for the episodes. I've edited podcasts for the company partnered with SAIA auction company. I've also edited for the social media, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. I'm currently at Trinity Picture as the senior film editor on the film called The Cane Cutter, directed by award winning director Eubulus Timothy. I'm also editing the trailer for the film. This will be screen in theaters soon.
