The app also enables to make safe and secure digital payments for the services they opt for. Problem Statement A simplified yet secured and usable design that helps busy working professionals to get their household work done and also have time for their personal life. A platform where users can get the services they need along with hygiene and security. What are we trying to solve? Difficult to find a maid according to user requirements. Finding multiple services on a single platform. Issues like unprofessional behaviour, consistent leaves, and time slots. Verified and trustworthy service providers. Language communication issues. Dependency on neighbours and other resources to find a maid. Providing solutions in emergency conditions. Proposed Solution A handy mobile app to easily search and book a maid as per user requirements Providing a pool of maid services. Leave approval, rating, and live chat features. Offering well-trained and verified working professionals. Offering features like tracking and emergency alerts with quick appointments. Key Learnings This case study helped us to thoroughly study the Design Process. It helped us to understand the importance of empathizing with a user. How user-centered design is key to the success of any app. During the research phase it was fascinating to understand user problems.
