Ted Baker is looking for a gifted and exceptionally creative photographer who can elevate our photography.

A technical, highly organised, creative, and self-motivated person is the perfect fit for this position. High standards, brand awareness, product knowledge, and a willingness to produce images of the highest calibre are necessary.

Duties:

• Creative content shooting and Hight quality photography for Ted Baker Online
• Follow the In House Shoot guide, supporting Ted’s Photography Manager with photo edits
• Achieving daily targets and weekly productivity requirements set by the Senior Studio Production Manager, ensuring that imagery is in-line with brand guidelines.
• Research current styles and trends to enhance Ted’s brand and website
• Support the mentoring of the photography team.
• Review and approve the team’s work on a daily basis, as well as pre-retouch, to ensure Ted’s In House team is producing the best on brand imagery when the Photography Manager is off.
• Cast models appropriate for Ted, with the Styling team and Studio producer

Experience:

• Portfolio that demonstrates product photography, pre-production and post production (including composition, lighting, capture, and processing)
• Ability to work well in a team or alone
• Ability to take direction and also to direct
• Photography degree or equivalent in a relevant creative field
• Professional studio photography environment experience
• Expertise working in-house for a brand (or a digital pure player)
• Knowledge and understanding of common digital capture platforms, various lighting environments, photography equipment and best practices/conventions for set safety
• Expertise in Capture One, Canon Camera Systems (Profoto lighting is a must).
• Strong understanding of colour correction
• Understanding of Mac OSX and PC computing platforms
• Having video capture and editing experience is a bonus
