As a first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about making genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. We are excited to be rebooting the much-loved Fable franchise and are expanding our diverse team to create a new classic in the action RPG genre.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Gameplay Animation Integration Artist at Playground, you will be working with the animation team to prepare, implement and test animations in-build.
Your experience in animation will give you the ability to create and edit animations as well as spot bugs/problems with systems and content. Your strong communication skills will help report issues and deliver actionable feedback.
Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for animation, who is keen to learn about the inner workings of game development, features, and systems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Help prepare assets for Outsource.
- Implement animations.
- Check animation markup meets technical requirements.
- Test animations in-game.
- Create, edit, and export animations
- Create and maintain documentation.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Passion for game dev, with an awareness of current titles and industry trends.
