Work closely with all members of the marketing team to assist with overall departmental administrative functions while managing the front and back end of the company’s user-friendly, e-commerce platform. Strong interpersonal communications, computer skills along with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines is required.

As a home-based position, the ability to self-motivate and manage time is important. As an integral member of the team, participation in our daily team huddle and addition to the team chat for ongoing communication and support is required. One-on-one role-based training will be provided through mid-March.

Primary Responsibilities:

• E-commerce/digital asset platform oversight
• Customer Support
• Administrative
• Graphics Support (preferred but not required)
• Other

Education and Technical Skills:

• Must have visual acuity, be well organized, project driven and ability to communicate and manage expectations.
• Must be skilled in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Adobe InDesign experience a plus.
• Two+ years marketing or administrative experience.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires periods of time in which sitting, standing, use of hand and foot motion, vision, hearing, summarizing, focusing with frequent interruptions along with other physical, sensory and cognitive sensory functions are required.
