As a Game Designer for Freedom Games you will directly impact the success of our games! You will do this by evaluating titles in our portfolio and working with developers to ensure gamers will love the titles we deliver! This role is well-suited for those with a deep passion for game design and games of all kinds, as you will be hands-on with numerous titles!

You Will:

• Help developer partners build exciting and engaging gaming experiences
• Evaluate numerous titles in various stages of development and provide critical feedback on game design elements
• Cultivate a culture of improvement, analyzing our evaluation processes to ensure we are delivering games deliver maximum enjoyment
• Develop data-driven processes to improve the effectiveness of design evaluations
• Work with a team of game designers following industry best practices

You Have:

• A strong sense of what makes a gameplay experience compelling and fun, as well as the ability to articulate well why a game design decision is good or bad
• Clear understanding of the creative and game development processes
• Proven success shipping games
• Outstanding self-motivation and initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
