One Player Mission are proud to be working with a small development studio based in Los Angeles working on some of the most well-known AAA games franchise’s known worldwide.

The successful candidate will work with the Game Director to oversee all aspects of design, including core gameplay, levels, UX, and sound.

Requirements:

-Previous design experience spanning multiple disciplines while also shipping multiple titles.
-Intimate knowledge of player mentality and motivations throughout all stages of gameplay.
-Technical ability to prototype game mechanics.
-Passion for multiplayer games.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-An excellent understanding of past and current game trends.
