Location: Remote

In this role, you will be responsible for various parts of the UX lifecycle from start to finish including research, requirements, wireframing, design, prototyping, and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute on the customer vision and user experience across the end-to-end product design process.
• Lead customer-facing meetings to derive and effectively solve for business and user needs.
• Conduct user research activities such as workshops, focus groups, interviews, and surveys and perform analysis to draw meaningful outcomes.
• Define and document user requirements and represent the user’s perspective throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quickly and thoroughly create workflows, wireframes, design mockups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features.
• Produce intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Clearly communicate and explain your designs to teammates and clients, collect feedback, and iterate.
• Work closely with Agile development teams to provide guidance and support as they implement your designs.
• Collaborate with UX team members and stay informed about the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Experience:

• 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a UX/UI designer role.
• Experience leading engagements and managing customer/client relationships.
• Degree, certifications, or coursework in design-related subjects a plus (human-computer interaction, computer science, psychology, usability, graphic design, etc.).
