Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with other vendors prior to the event and on-site to ensure the event runs smoothly.

· Traveling to various event locations throughout Bay County and the surrounding area.

· Set up and operate sound equipment, including speakers and microphones

· Use the music selections provided by the client to create a seamless flow of music throughout the event, including during the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

· Read the crowd to ensure guests are engaged and dancing throughout the reception

· Emcee the event and help enforce the day-of timeline.

Qualifications:

· Have reliable transportation to events in the Bay County and surrounding areas.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Access to Facebook for Job Board posts and event updates

· Professional sound and audio equipment needed for ceremony and reception set ups

· Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple scheduling commitments.

· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional and positive attitude

· Ability to work on the sandy beach (power will be provided for 2+ hour events)
