Contract: Full time

Working with relevant programme teams to monitor, manage, track, measure, report and compel the progress of the work that is undertaken by supporting colleagues across the business.

Ensure reporting at senior governance meetings and via the watermill system incorporate a very high standard of language, accuracy, attention to detail and ensuring that strict deadlines are met.

Supporting the documentation of, monitoring and tracking of risks, issues and dependencies for relevant programmes.

Creation of high-quality slides to aid the telling of complex information to multiple stakeholders in a simple, accurate manner.

Management of an online filing system for use by the programme teams and wider stakeholder groups, ensuring a clear audit trail is maintained for decisions and actions.

Are you the right candidate?

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to translate complex information into a simple and easy to comprehend output, appreciating the varied knowledge base of the audience

Confidence working with multiple/senior stakeholders with tenacity to get what is needed in order to meet rigid governance deadlines.

Co-ordination & organisation – ability to coordinate reporting cycles alongside one and other, with the ability to think ahead, prioritise and plan workload for reporting deadlines each month.

Ability to work with data for reporting purposes and contribute to wider team discussion about the use of that data.

Demonstrable collaboration skills with experience working with multiple teams.

Applicants should have experience of supporting a minimum of two projects with reasonable sized budgets.

Working on multiple projects in the Transformation office will required a ‘can do’ attitude alongside the ability to work flexibly as part of an agile team.
