RUN Studios is in search of a motivated Associate Producer to help with some project-based work over the next couple of months.
The Associate Producer serves as the main support for our producer team with one of our large corporate clients. Working in a highly adaptive role, the candidate will scale and fulfil Producer tasks as well as provide backend support to the Production team.
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is detail-oriented, creative, and articulate. You will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, agile, and prolific production team in a key support role.
As an Associate Producer, You Will
- Meet with stakeholders to assess their production needs, budget, and workback schedules
- Scope, schedule, and track projects, and ensuring delivery timelines are met
- Act as primary point of contact for crewing; fulfilling resourcing requests for upcoming shoots, maintaining call sheets, and tracking/approving invoices
- Drive monthly reconciliation of ancillary costs for resourcing and transcription
As an Applicant, You Bring
- Experience on set, especially in corporate productions and interviews
- General camera, lighting, and audio experience
- Knowledge of production and post-production workflows
- Editing experience and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Virtual platform experience (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Excellent, clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
