  • You’ve got tabs on tabs on tabs saved of your favorite designers, brands, logos, fonts, art and beyond across all your socials.
  • Your heart pitter patters for a well designed coffee shop. Bar. Bookshelf. Hoodie. Label.
  • You love making work that makes people do a double take.
  • You get caught daydreaming on a frequent basis, imagining the look + vibe of whatever idea you’re currently obsessed with.
  • You’ve Photoshopped something absolutely insane more than once. (P.S. Can we see it?)

  • You will be part of a highly curious, passionate and driven creative team who together develop strategically-sound, on-brand, on-trend creative work that stays ahead of the curve.This position will work alongside a talented cross functional group of account, strategy and production team members as well as external stakeholders and clients to ensure overall vision and best practices are developed and maintained.

THE ROLE

  • Concept creative platforms, visual approaches and digital products including dot com experiences, filters, games and utilities
  • Participate in brainstorms and take direction and feedback from your Creative Director.
  • Show your thinking as you collaborate with your cross functional team including strategy, account service, media, technology and production.
  • Participate in brainstorms and take direction and feedback from creative directors and strategy leads.
  • Own your work as you present both internally and externally with the support of your peers.
  • Creatively oversee productions and help see the creative vision through completion

YOUR VIBE

  • You have 1-3 years of agency, publisher or in house experience with a focus on social / digital.
  • You have solid experience working with a team of Content Creators, Copywriters, Creative Directors and Strategists.
  • You live and breathe internet culture. You spend every spare second scrolling TikTok. You see the trends before anyone else. And you might even have a TikTok channel of your own with a decent following and engagement rate where you jump on said trends.
  • You have a deep understanding of the digital, social and content marketing space with a keen eye for viral content, trends on emerging social media platforms and production of microcontent including TikToks, YouTube Shorts and Reels.
  • You have excellent client relations and are comfortable responding to client feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • You operate best in fast-paced and creatively demanding environments, and thrive balancing many projects with tight deadlines and production schedules.
