Warner Music Group (WMG) is seeking a Coordinator for the Art Department within the Rhino division. As a Coordinator, you will support the art directors, designers, freelancers, and photo editors with administrative tasks and design assistance. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating marketing assets, acting as a liaison between departments, organizing assets, maintaining relationships with partners, and handling basic design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the schedule for marketing asset creation and prioritize workload
• Coordinate with package and marketing managers regarding due dates, specifications, and deliverables
• Act as a liaison between departments to fulfill art asset requests
• Collect and organize assets for freelance designers and agencies
• Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to deliver monthly assets for digital streaming platforms
• Maintain positive working relationships with the Warner Music Group Vault while archiving and retrieving files
• Scan materials and work on basic design projects under supervision
• Create presentations in PowerPoint
• Handle vendor setups and invoice processing
• Order and ship products and maintain supplies

Requirements:

• 1+ years of academic or professional experience in a related field
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience using Mac interface
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
• Adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in art or design
• Experience with photography/video
• Degree or certificate from an institution of higher learning
