We are currently seeking videographers to shoot on site in our West Knoxville Studio. Apply now ($75-$100 per hour) Video shooting only – no editing. Show up and shoot!

If you are passionate about video storytelling and a skilled video shooter able to work in a wide range of content styles from podcast/interview style video to product, instructional and lifestyle video, we may be a great fit.

We are a video studio dedicated to helping business professionals, innovators educators and creators tell their stories, establish their brand credibility and build their social influence through video.

Requirements:

• Strong shooter / camera operator (no editing)
• Skilled in setup of studio lighting for single and multi-camera shoots
• Proficient with audio recording and monitoring equipment
• Knowledge of production equipment (including audio) and camera operation skills
• Ability to mic up to 2 subjects, wirelessly
• Must be able to white balance, frame, and expose correctly in-camera
• Shoot professional quality video on tight timeline
• Work with minimal supervision
• Must be Reliable - Show up, adhere to the scheduled shoot times you committed to and do what you say

Responsibilities:

• Show Up to the studio and shoot the video client you are assigned
• Setup of studio lighting for single and multi-camera shoots
• Light and shoot video for mutli-platform use (no editing required)
• Proficiently use audio recording and monitoring equipment
• Film interviews with proper sound techniques (A-Roll)
• White balance, frame, and expose correctly in-camera
• Guide on-camera talent through an interview
• Can capture supplemental footage on the fly (B-Roll)
• Be professional while working with our clients

How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Operating cameras and other equipment
• Setting up shots, operating camera and pulling focus
• Performing all the technical aspects of filming.
• Shooting in a creative way to help the client deliver greater payoff of the message for their audience
• Run lines and assist / direct video clients on set to deliver their best performances while also keeping the production on time
• Review video client wardrobe for best video shoot appearance (adjusting collars, clothing folds, button gaps, shifted or off-balance shirt necklines etc. In other words, help so they aren’t embarrassed or need to reshoot because their hair was sticking up!)
• Maintain continuity of production
• Managing camera equipment and recommending new equipment to enhance production value

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years experience
• Passionate about video and storytelling
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to take constructive feedback in order to improve in a positive direction
• Ability to keep a positive attitude under pressure
• Skilled in handling quick output without losing quality
• Experience creating how to videos, interviews, real estate, education or branded videos a plus.
