Job Description:

SESH, a rapidly expanding photography company, is seeking a talented and experienced freelance photographer with exceptional technical skills to join our team. As a SESH photographer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and capture stunning portraits in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Equipment and Requirements:

• Use your own professional-grade DSLR camera (e.g. Canon 5D Mark II, III, IV; Sony Alpha A7 III/A7R III; Nikon D750/D850) and lenses (70-200mm f:2.8, 24-70mm f:2.8, or 35mm) to shoot portraits that are more lifestyle and candid in vibe.
• Have a solid portfolio of work, with a strong preference for experience with family photography and weddings.
• Be able to compose a shot and understand framing, color, and natural light to create visually pleasing photographs.

Responsibilities:

• Possess a basic understanding of how to pose men, women, and children. You will also be working with families, couples, groups, pets, etc.
• Show initiative and ownership in the session.
• Provide direction and make clients comfortable to ensure a great SESH experience. You must be friendly, patient, be a great listener, and be able to provide clear, consistent direction to clients of all different personalities and body types.
• Enjoy working with people and bringing out their unique personalities.
• Pay close attention to detail before, during, and after the shot.
• Be able to provide your own transportation to SESH locations.
• Possess the ability to read and successfully follow policies and procedures and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
