Position: Real Estate Photographer

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of residential, commercial, and land properties. You will need to maintain an updated schedule, prepare equipment, and travel to appointments. Additionally, you will perform pre-shoot walkthroughs, complete assignments, and deliver photos to the office for post-production.

Requirements:

• Must be creative, motivated, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Must be organized and willing to learn new skills.
• Must possess a car with a valid driver’s license.
• Must always maintain a courteous attitude towards customers and be punctual for appointments.
• Ideal candidate will have a full photography kit including a DSLR, wide-angle lens, drone, and iOS device.
• Access to a drone is mandatory for candidates living within 20 miles of the advertised city.
• Willingness to invest in equipment such as a wide-angle lens or Matterport-compatible camera if not already owned.

Equipment Requirements:

• DSLR camera capable of 5 or more AEB bracketings with 24+ megapixels.
• Wide-angle lens between 10-16 mm or equivalent.
• Sturdy tripod.
• Drone (DJI Mavic Air or equivalent) with 12+ megapixels/4K capability.
• Ricoh Theta SC2, Z1, or other Matterport-compatible camera (optional but preferred).
• iOS device (iPhone).
• Computer or laptop with high-speed internet (upload speed of 15 Mbps).

Skills and Education:

• Training will be provided, but prior real estate photography experience is preferred.
• Advantageous to have a Part 107 drone pilot license from the FAA.
• College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation based on the number of appointments completed.
• Payment is a percentage of the total price of the products created, ranging from $30 to $90+ per appointment.
