Job Description:
We are hiring a Rental Property Photographer for a part-time, independent contracting position.
Responsibilities:
- Set your own availability, and upload photos, floor plans, and 3D tours to PlanOmatic onsite as you go
- Use necessary tools of the trade, including DSLR or Mirrorless camera, wide angle lens, off-camera flash with diffuser, iPad or iPhone, memory card reader for iPad, tripod, laser measurement tool, and liability insurance
Requirements:
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera
- Wide angle lens (16mm equivalency)
- Off-camera flash with diffuser
- iPad or iPhone running iOS 15.5 or higher
- Memory card reader for iPad
- Tripod
- Laser Measurement tool
- Full-time access to a reliable vehicle
- Photographer’s Liability Insurance
