Hat Shark is looking for a Production Designer!

We are a small family business in Bloomington, Minnesota that does personalized products via e-commerce. We have many different stations such as Sublimation, Direct-to-Garment Printing, and Laser Engraving. We work with clients across platforms to create custom gifts, wedding favors, branded merch, and anything else they can dream of!

Job Description:

• Use Photoshop (and sometimes Illustrator) to prep customer designs for printing or engraving.
• Operate Printing/Engraving machinery at designated station to fulfill orders of both in-house designs and custom products.
• Check in with other designers to help complete all orders for the day.
• Help with various warehouse tasks, like checking in products, organizing warehouse, working on managing inventory on various websites.
• Generate new designs for Hat Shark products to keep the business up to date and relevant across our Amazon, Hatshark.com, Ebay, and Etsy sales platforms.

Ideal Candidate:

• Self Sufficient.
• Photoshop skills are a must!
• Willing to learn.
• Available 35-40 hours per week.
