Apps Web Social is seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team based in Bradenton, Florida. As our Photographer and Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing compelling visual content for our client’s social media platforms. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality videography and photography projects for social media content.
• Collaborate with the CEO to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Capture and edit engaging videos and photos that align with our brand’s tone and style.
• Utilize professional-grade equipment and software to ensure the highest quality output.
• Manage and maintain all videography and photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our visual content.
• Conduct research and develop concepts for new video and photo campaigns.
• Coordinate with talent, models, and locations to ensure smooth production processes.
• Manage post-production tasks, including video editing, color grading, retouching, and adding visual effects.
• Optimize videos and photos for various social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, file sizes, and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Must be located in Bradenton/Sarasota/Tampa area.
• Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
• Need to have own equipment. Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, and photography accessories.
• In-depth knowledge of videography and photography principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills with an ability to bring ideas to life through visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends to create content optimized for each platform.
