We are always looking for talented and well-rounded Digital Designers to add to our freelance network and partner with us on exciting new projects. Along with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, the ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strategic systems thinking, user-centric design solutions, and crafted execution across a range of digital projects and applications. They are highly collaborative and coachable, can work independently, or as part of a small creative team, and are adept with current industry standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Create thoughtful, intuitive, and functional design that implement best practices in user-centric design for desktop and mobile
• Seamlessly integrate a variety of brand assets into digital executions
• Participate in creative ideation, digital strategy, and design implementation across various digital applications
• Develop and present strategic and creative solutions that help determine design direction
• Work closely with internal brand design and project management teams
• Communicate ideas to internal teams and externally to clients
• Manage timelines effectively to meet defined project milestones and deliverables
• Research and keep abreast of emerging digital design trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry standard design tools
• Figma experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in UX/UI and Adobe CC applications
• Experience with HTML, Responsive CSS, and accessibility design
• Have the ability to work iteratively, take direction, and implement feedback
• Resourceful and cooperative in working with team members to obtain information, gain alignment and to keep projects moving forward
