We are building a team for a high-profile project.

Who we are looking for

• Writers with native-level proficiency in English
• High availability for work in the next 6 months with possibility for renewing the engagement. We need immediate availability
• Flexible and fast learners as the project is scaling up fast and there will be changes we need to adapt to
• Responsive, resourceful with strong communication and analytical skills
• Skills at the intersection of conversational AI, linguistics and creative writing
• Preferably based in the US (we will need to send successful candidates a laptop for their work on this project, and that is easier if we do not have to ship the devices internationally)

Scope of work

You will be working on a fast-paced project with tight turnaround times and high volume of work. The exact amount of work varies, but we are looking for candidates who can dedicate 20 hours of work a week or more depending on availability. We are looking to hire as soon as possible. This is a remote freelance position.

You would be part of a writing team, involved in:

• Evaluating dialogues or 2-sided conversations between a user and a virtual assistant on selected, predetermined topics. The dialogues cover a broad range of topics and formats, from pop culture blog posts to articles on scientific theories.
• Rewriting and/or editing conversations generated by the virtual assistant according to guidelines
• In a separate workstream, you get to review and rate some of the AI model output.

Work will be conducted remotely and you will be provisioned with a laptop. Working on this project will require you to actively learn, use, and troubleshoot different proprietary software and the maximum discretion about the work is required. Experience in Conversation Design is a plus but not required. Familiarity with digital assistants and chatbots is also helpful too.
