Our client, a major membership-based organization, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Technology Project Manager for a long-term contract position in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various marketing technology integration projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of marketing technology solutions.

The hybrid schedule supports remote work on Monday and Friday and on-site Tuesday through Thursday in the Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing technology projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are aligned with business goals and timelines are met.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure that third-party vendors meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on marketing technology projects.
• Experience working with Confluence, Jira, and project management software such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools; experience with Palantir and/or Kitewheel software is a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset coupled with a high-level of initiative to make an immediate impact.
• PMP certification preferred.
