The Customer Lifecycle marketing team

The Customer Lifecycle marketing team is responsible for developing customer engagement and retention strategies throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding new customers to engaging with tenured members. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, operations-driven marketer, skilled at navigating complex organizations to launch global integrated marketing campaigns.

In this role you will drive efforts to increase customer engagement and retention, working with global counterparts, all to bolster the customer experience. You will have a passion for the best customer experience and will work closely with the Marketing Director to document, then develop and deploy multichannel customer lifecycle programs with an agile test and learn mindset, focused on maximizing customer lifetime value, loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver programs by working cross-functionally with marketing operations on omni-channel, early customer lifecycle initiatives across email, push notifications, site, app, social, and other channels and devices, as relevant
  • Document campaign setup, then report on successes, misses, and business metrics
  • Partner with global teams to share best practices and collaborate on strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Customer Lifecycle, Engagement, Retention, or Marketing Operations roles
  • Experience in creating and delivering lifecycle programs, ideally with multiple success metrics
  • Deep understanding of CRM setup and processes, ideally with hands-on experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
  • Ability to get into the details, problem solve, resolve issues, and bring teams together
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences
  • Experience with subscription marketing a plus

Pay: $75.00 per hour
