Job Title: Real Estate Photographer
Description:
Phoenix-based real estate research firm has a contract available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation!
Location:
Photographers should be in or willing to travel around the Lafayette & Lake Charles, Louisiana area
Responsibilities:
- Take EXTERIOR property photographs of mostly Self-Storage properties and a few Apartment and Office buildings
- Complete assignments containing 20-25 properties within approximately 1 week
- Take 15-20 unedited photos of each property and upload via Dropbox
Requirements:
- Digital camera
- High speed internet for assignments and uploads
- Reliable transportation
- Some photo experience
Pay:
Residential & Office Pay is $15.00 per property. Self-Storage Pay is $12.50 per property, plus an additional bonus of $10.00 if you are able to gain access and shoot onsite (inside the fence) or gain access inside the main building. Additional compensation for gas is not provided. (Example: A typical assignment of 25 storage properties will pay between $321.50-$571.50 depending on bonuses.)
