Job Description:
Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contract available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater SAVANNAH-HILTON HEAD metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 10 MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES starting ASAP and lasting approx. 1-2 weeks.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a digital camera
- Must have high-speed internet for assignments and uploads
- Must have reliable transportation
- Some photo experience required (not intended for professional photographers)
- Photographers must be 18 or older
- Must be local to the greater SAVANNAH-HILTON HEAD area
Job Details:
- Assignments typically contain 25-30 properties
- Photographers are given approx. one week to complete the assignment
- Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph
- 15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken
- Photos should be uploaded via a FTP connection
- Each assignment generally only requires approx. 2 days of work
- Photographers may be able to receive 2-3 assignments a week depending on availability
Pay:
- Compensation: $15 PER PROPERTY
- Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
