Photography Assistant

Preferred Education / Experience:

• Experience in the service industry is helpful, but not necessary.
• If you feel like you don’t know anything about cameras but have always had an interest in photography…this may be a perfect start for you! Our friendly staff of professional photographers love teaching anyone who has an appreciation for creating!
• Training Provided!! No photography experience required.
• Friendly Personality Required
• We start in early morning and are usually finished around 1:00 pm
• Those pursuing degrees in media or art subjects would find professional development in: camera settings 101, lighting, posing subjects, action photography, printing pictures on commercial-level printers, use of creative programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and digitally marketing clients
• This position could also be great for anyone looking to earn some extra income while their kids are at school!

Role / Responsibilities:

During the Fall, Lange Photographics is responsible for photographing school portraits & sports teams. The role is very straightforward and we are willing to schedule around your interests/availability. With being a family-owned business, one of our strengths is being extremely flexible with our employee’s unique schedules.

A Photography Assistant is responsible for:

• Taking photographs at schools, dance studios, and athletic leagues
• Load / unload equipment for each shoot, organize images, and put equipment away properly

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
