Job Overview

The Associate, Photo & Video Production is responsible for the management, planning, and execution of all photo and video production and works alongside the in-house Creative department to produce inspiring visual content that resonates with key audiences. The role requires meeting daily creative brief levels while producing and post-producing high quality content for our digital media, social, website, print, etc. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of six to nine months.

Primary Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand creative briefs and participate in kick-off meetings with the Marketing and Creative Teams to get project scope and produce all video and photo assignments for the company (from pre- to post-production)
• Think creatively among the production of multiple projects and suggest creative and feasible solutions to fit the needs of projects in in-house or on location shoots
• Solid experience on planning, organization and execution of video and photo shoots, including pre- and post-production coordination, staffing, budgeting, scheduling, booking and coordinating talent (models, voiceover, artists) and freelancers when necessary, transportation, locations, collecting props, etc.
• Manage all aspects of production, including project management from start to finish (Wrike)
• Create and implement Production templated workflows such as call sheets, production design bootlegs, storyboards, shooting boards, etc. for all projects accordingly
• Assist in offline and online video editing and photo retouching
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to produce project goals and deliverables
• Assist in maintaining proper care of the studio, lighting and image equipment

Desired Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in producing video and photo content
• Proven experience in visual content production and post-production needs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, responding quickly to changing priorities, problem solving and multitasking in rapidly changing environment
• Strong understanding of photo and video shoots best practices and procedures on set (Studio or Location)
• Familiarity with professional cameras, pre-production/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip and digital still photography
• Post-production coordination experience with demonstrated skill set in digital video editing and photo retouching
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite namely Premiere Pro and Photoshop (After Effects, a plus)
• Ability to operate video and photo cameras (Canon C series + Canon DSLR) on set, a plus
• Familiarity with project management platforms, especially Wrike, a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including cross-culturally
• Ability to travel to off-site shoots, including having own reliable transportation
