Key roles + responsibilities include, but should not be limited to:

• Demonstrate and execute the overall artistic style, tone and brand aesthetic desired for projects, how to best represent a concept visually
• Concept campaigns and identify how to execute across Omni channels (social, digital, print, and in-store experience)
• In partnership with the Creative Director and photo studio team, concept, plan and art direct photo shoots
• Collaborate on projects with cross functional departments to ensure that design solutions meet deadlines, including but not limited to, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Information Technology
• Consistently assume the role of lead designer on projects of varying scope and scale
• Bring best practices to foster outstanding design skills, and to help translate concepts into innovative, tangible and executable work
• Consistently research, identify and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand
• Present work to EVEREVE leadership, including CCO, CMO and Creative Director

Requirements:

• BA/BA degree in Graphic or Fine Arts field from an accredited institution
• Comprehensive background and fluency in: OS: Mac + PC, Adobe Creative Suite; Sketch and/or Adobe XD highly valued but not required, Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Apple: Keynote, QuicktimePro
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS principles preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic and digital design and Art Direction; experience in retail and fashion a plus
• Comprehension of digital and print mediums
